Managing Sharing & Branding in Dadan

To manage your Theme & Branding settings, follow these steps:

1. Open the dadan web app.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Account & preferences from the dropdown menu.

4. Navigate to the My Account page. It includes several sections.
5. Click the Sharing & Branding section.

6. The Sharing & Branding page will open.
   • Select the Theme & Branding tab.

Video share logo

You can upload your logo to appear in the top left corner of shared video pages. This helps reinforce your branding when sharing videos with others.

To view your logo on a dadan video share:

1. From the Sharing & Branding tab, click on Browse File.

2. Select your desired logo file from your computer. The recommended dimensions are 200 × 45 pixels.
3. Upload the file, and it will be applied to your shared video pages.

Customizing the video share theme

Customize the background color of your video share pages to match your brand’s identity. To do that, follow these steps:

1. In the Video Share Theming box, click Pick Color.

2. Choose a color that fits your brand.
3. Click Save to apply your changes.

4. The shared video page will reflect your selected background color.

Customizing the Player Logo

In addition to the Video Share logo, you can upload a Player Logo that appears directly in the corner of your videos while they play. This ensures your brand remains visible on every video view and share.

• Recommended Dimensions: 64 × 64 pixels.
• How to Upload a Player Logo:
  1. From the Theme & Branding tab, go to Player Logo.
  2. Click Browse File.
  3. Select your logo file from your computer.
  4. Once uploaded, your logo will display in the video player during playback.

Customizing Browser Tab Icon (Favicon)

You can upload a Favicon to display in the browser tab when people open your shared video pages. This small icon helps personalize and brand your shared pages even further.

• File Format: Only .ico files are supported.
• How to Upload a Favicon:
  1. From the Theme & Branding tab, go to Browser Tab Icon (Favicon).
  2. Click Browse File.
  3. Select your .ico file from your computer.
  4. Once uploaded, the favicon will appear in the browser tab for your shared video pages.

Restoring dadan default Theme & Branding settings

If you want to reset your Theme & Branding settings to the default dadan style, follow these steps:

1. Click Reset to default settings below.

2. Confirm your selection, click Yes, reset it!

3. All Theme & Branding settings will be restored to dadan’s original appearance settings.
